CromaX ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application ("App").

No Personal Data Collection: CromaX does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information.

3. Image Processing (Local Only)

When you use the "Extract Colors from Image" feature:

• 100% Local Processing: All image analysis occurs entirely on your device
• No Server Upload: Your images never leave your device
• No Persistent Storage: After color extraction completes, the image is immediately released from memory
• Only Color Values Retained: We store only the extracted color values (hex codes) for your convenience

4. Subscription Information

If you choose to subscribe to CromaX Pro:

• Apple handles all payment processing
• We receive only anonymized subscription status information from Apple
• No payment details (credit card numbers, etc.) are accessible to us

5. Third-Party Services

We use Apple's StoreKit framework for in-app purchases, which is governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy.

6. Data Security

Since we don't collect personal data, there is no risk of data breach from our servers. Your design privacy is inherently protected by our local-only architecture.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is suitable for users of all ages as it doesn't collect personal information.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CromaX on your Apple devices.

2. Subscription Terms

CromaX Pro Subscription:

• Monthly Plan: $4.99 per month, includes 7-day free trial
• Annual Plan: $49 per year, includes 7-day free trial
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancelation: Manage subscriptions via Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions

3. Free Version Limitations

The free version of CromaX includes:

• 3 daily color scheme copies/exports
• Partial inspiration library access
• 3 daily contrast checker views
• CSS Variables export format only
• 3 daily image color extractions

4. Intellectual Property

All color schemes in our inspiration library use generic descriptions to avoid any brand infringement. You may use extracted colors for personal or commercial projects.

5. Disclaimer

CromaX provides color suggestions for design inspiration. We don't guarantee color accuracy for specific applications (print, web, etc.).
